SALINA — The Hays High School volleyball team lost to Salina Central, 25-14, 25-16, in the first round of the Class 5A Salina Central sub-state on Saturday afternoon.
The Hays High School volleyball team has lost a couple of close matches to Salina Central this season. The Indians hope to beat the Mustangs when it matters most.

Head coach Sandy Arnold’s expectation for the Hillsboro High School volleyball team is to finish in the top three in the Central Kansas League. The Trojans finished second in the league last year behind Pratt.
